Mindpearl, award winning international contact centre outsourcer, is expanding its global footprint with the opening of its newest contact centre in Essen, Germany.

“We are delighted to announce that we will now be able to further service our clients from this new facility in Essen, Germany which strengthens our service provision from within Europe with a highly-skilled workforce and native level German linguists. We are excited to be re-establishing Mindpearl’s presence in Germany and opening our 6th global location,” said William Pattison, CEO of Mindpearl.

Mindpearl has secured premises in Limbecker Platz 1, Essen; an area that boasts superb infrastructure and transportation systems and is a mere 20 minutes from Düsseldorf airport. Essen is one of the leading hubs for German corporations, and is in close proximity to major cities.

The decision to expand comes after Mindpearl was awarded Lufthansa Group Customer Feedback Management work. “Mindpearl has a long-standing association with Lufthansa Group, having supported a number of the Group’s carriers. This development is testament to our dedication to providing the ultimate customer and client experience,” adds William.
