Mindpearl expands outsourcing relationship with Brussels Airlines to Fiji
Suva, Fiji, September 2014
Mindpearl has expanded their outsourcing contract with Brussels Airlines to Suva, Fiji. ‘Our relationship with Brussels Airlines has been a valued asset to our business and a brand we are immensely proud to be associated with, we look forward to continuing our longstanding partnership.’ says William Pattison, Chief Executive Officer, Mindpearl.
Mindpearl’s relationship with Brussels Airlines began in Barcelona, Spain, in 2001. In 2012, support was successfully extended and later transferred to Cape Town, South Africa in 2013. Mindpearl South Africa provides Reservation Desk support services to the Public and Trade, Web Helpdesk support, Loyalty Programme support and Fraud Prevention support in English, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Spanish. Market support includes Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
This new agreement extends Mindpearl’s support services to a second centre located in Suva, Fiji. This team went live on the 1st September 2014 with Reservation Desk support services to the Public and Trade in English and French. Market support includes the United States and Canada. In addition, Fraud Prevention support services will go-live in Fiji during October.
‘We see Mindpearl as an extension of our own in-house team, which is even more emphasised by the fact that we are working on joined virtual queues for both mail and voice requests on our own contact centre platform. Mindpearl continues to deliver great flexibility and professionalism towards our partnership and stands for friendly and result oriented contacts with our customers. We have no doubt that our service extension to their contact centre in Fiji will deliver the same quality we have grown accustomed to over the last decade,’ commented Jim Driesen, Service Centre Partnership Manager, Brussels Airlines.
Fiji recently won Offshoring Destination of the Year at the 2014 European Outsourcing Association (EOA) Awards in July 2014, which recognised Fiji’s presence as a leading BPO destination. Fiji offers excellent access to English and French speaking language resources which made it the ideal destination for this new agreement.
