Mindpearl was rebranded last month, 15 years after the organisation was launched….. Mindpearl started in 1999 as a contact centre where the lifeblood and entire basis of the offering was to provide a seamless 24/7 customer support in multiple languages to the customers and passengers of a consortium of 11 European airlines headed by Swissair. Fast forward to 2014 and Mindpearl has succesfully diversified to support many global brands in the aviation, leisure, telecommunications, retail and weight management industries.
