The Training Coordinator will respond to the training needs of all staff by identifying training needs, developing and delivering appropriate training modules, and evaluating training outcomes.
o Assist in the implementation of a successful training program in association with client requirements and identify training needs.
o Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure inclusion of appropriate team members for training
o Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs for all business units
o Assist the Training Manager in performing Trainer evaluations and providing feedback
o Ensure new trainers are on-boarded effectively by guiding them into their new found roles
o Design and deliver generic training modules to assist with soft-skills development, leadership development, etc in line with identified training needs or as directed by the Training Manager.
o Proactively develop programs to assist in the growth of all business units
o Assist all accounts in devising and executing training plans as per the training needs
o Provide administrative support to the Training Manager
o Any other duties as reasonably requested by the employer.
o Available to work on a roster basis covering 365 days a year and within hours in accordance with client requirements
o Self-motivated, resilient and able to maintain a consistent standard of customer service over an entire shift
o Able to adapt their training style to individual trainee needs, providing additional assistance to trainees as required to ensure satisfactory completion.
o Displays an understanding of adult-learning methodologies, and is able to present information in a confident manner
o Able to apply initiative to solve problems and improve work processes
o Communicates information effectively and in an appropriate manner
o Calm and methodical decision maker
o Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
o Willing to accept feedback and aims to continuously improve and update knowledge and skills
o Excellent interpersonal skills, able to provide accurate information and feedback to others
