Description: We are currently looking for Dutch speaking individuals who can help us deliver excellent customer service to our international markets!

The role: Dutch speaking customer service advisor to provide superior customer service support which includes handling inquiries relating to flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, travel queries and customer complaints. 

Start Date: 01 August 2025 

Knowledge & Skills required:

• Native level of Dutch and English fluency (Verbal & Written)

• Excellent computer literacy skills

• Clear criminal record

• High School diploma

• Experience in customer service.

• Flexible with working on a 24/7 rotational shift basis, 9-hour shift per day

• Full work from home

• Training period of 4-7 weeks and a 3-month probationary period.
