Karin joined Mindpearl in 2000 as a CSSR and progressed through a variety of roles across the Brisbane operation which was under her General Management from 2008 until its closure in 2018. Karin built an extensive career, responsible for large, global key accounts, project managing the start-up of new Mindpearl offices and mentoring the new leadership generation within the organisation.

In 2020 Karin left the business during the COVID-19 pandemic but remained a resolute Mindpearl shareholder throughout her time away. Two decades of commitment and growth shaped her breadth of experience and deep understanding of the organisation.

Karin returned to Mindpearl as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) in August 2026. She thrives in fostering strong client relationships, champions exceptional customer experiences whilst ensuring that the voice of the customer remains at the heart of the organisation. Her collaborative leadership style, combined with her deep understanding of Mindpearl's people, customers, and values, positions her to drive meaningful customer outcomes and long-term partnerships.

If you did not know, Karin is Austrian who calls Australia home since 1999, fluent in German, English, and French. In her spare time, she loves the world of music, arts & design. She swims, creates, makes, and bakes.
