Moline started at Mindpearl Fiji in 2013 as a CSSR, and over the years fulfilled various positions including Sales Support Desk Agent, Quality Analyst, Team Leader, and Customer Sales and Service Manager.
Today, Moline manages 4 portfolios in her role as Client Success Manager for Services Accounts.
Not only does she oversee operational efficiencies, but she places a strong focus on her engagement with employees, knowing how this encourages positive interactions with Mindpearl’s customers.
Her impressive career progression in just over a decade with Mindpearl has landed her several awards.
In her spare time, Moline enjoys spending time with her family and cherishes these moments together. She finds joy in unwinding on the farm, reading, and watching movies.
